8. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Responsibility
Risk of loss and responsibility for products transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, courier service, freight provider, or collected by the customer.
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment.

EXPBMW is not responsible for:
  • lost packages after carrier acceptance;
  • delivery issues caused by third-party shipping providers;
  • theft after delivery;
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer;
  • failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability.
However, we may assist customers in opening investigations or claims with shipping carriers where reasonably possible.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information is provided by the customer, EXPBMW shall not be responsible for:

Any refunds issued for returned shipments may be reduced by shipping expenses, handling costs, customs charges, or other non-recoverable fees incurred by EXPBMW.
