At EXPBMW, we specialize in genuine BMW motorcycle parts, components, accessories, oils, lubricants, and related products. Due to the technical nature of motorcycle parts and vehicle compatibility requirements, this Return & Refund Policy contains important conditions regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:
  • the item has not been installed, used, modified, programmed, or damaged;
  • the item remains in resalable condition;
  • all included accessories, labels, manuals, and components are returned;
  • the product does not fall under a non-returnable category described below.
Original packaging is preferred whenever possible. Opened packaging alone does not automatically disqualify a return, provided the product itself remains unused and in perfect condition.
All returns require prior approval from EXPBMW before being shipped back.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • installed or used parts
  • electrical or electronic components
  • ECUs, control modules, sensors, programmed units, and similar electronics
  • products that were connected, programmed, coded, or attempted to be installed
  • oils, lubricants, fluids, chemicals, adhesives, and similar consumables once opened
  • special-order or supplier-ordered items
  • custom-order products
  • damaged or modified items
  • products missing essential components
  • items returned in unacceptable condition
  • products marked as non-returnable, clearance, or final sale.
Due to the sensitive nature of motorcycle electronics, electronic parts become non-returnable once installation or connection has been attempted.
4. VIN Compatibility Responsibility
EXPBMW provides a VIN compatibility assistance service to help customers identify suitable parts for their motorcycles.
Customers are strongly encouraged to use the “Check Compatibility with VIN” feature before purchasing.
If a customer chooses not to request VIN verification, the customer assumes full responsibility for compatibility and part selection.
Returns or refunds may be refused for:
  • incorrect part selection;
  • compatibility issues;
  • ordering mistakes made by the customer;
  • purchases made without VIN verification.
5. Special-Order Products
Most products sold by EXPBMW are sourced specifically for customer orders through external suppliers.
Once a special-order item has been ordered from a supplier, the order may become:
  • non-cancellable;
  • non-returnable;
  • subject to supplier approval.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for special-order items.
6. Restocking Fee
Approved returns for non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee helps cover:
  • supplier processing costs;
  • payment processing fees;
  • handling and logistics expenses;
  • inventory and administrative losses.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to:
  • customer mistake;
  • incorrect ordering;
  • compatibility issues;
  • change of mind;
the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the return is approved due to:
  • incorrect item supplied by EXPBMW;
  • confirmed defective product;
  • shipping damage caused before delivery;
  • EXPBMW may cover reasonable return shipping costs.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Customers must inspect orders immediately upon delivery.
Any of the following must be reported within 48 hours of delivery:
  • shipping damage;
  • missing items;
  • incorrect products;
  • visibly damaged packages.

Customers may be required to provide:
  • photos of the packaging;
  • shipping labels;
  • product condition;
  • proof of damage.
Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
9. Defective Products and Warranty Claims
If a product is believed to be defective, EXPBMW may require:
  • diagnostic information;
  • installation details;
  • photos or videos;
  • supplier inspection or manufacturer evaluation.
Not all reported issues automatically qualify as manufacturing defects.

Where applicable, EXPBMW may offer:
  • replacement products;
  • exchange;
  • refund;
  • store credit.
In many cases, supplier or manufacturer inspection is required before a final decision can be made.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, EXPBMW does not provide an independent product warranty.
Manufacturer warranty may apply where available and subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

Warranty claims may be denied in cases involving:
  • improper installation;
  • incorrect use;
  • racing or competition use;
  • unauthorized modifications;
  • neglect or misuse;
  • installation by unqualified persons.
Professional installation is strongly recommended for all technical components.
11. Exchanges
Whenever possible, EXPBMW may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to:
  • product availability;
  • supplier availability;
  • compatibility verification.
If an exchange is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.
12. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after:
  • the returned item has been received;
  • inspected;
  • approved by EXPBMW.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
13. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before:
  • shipment;
  • collection;
  • supplier processing.
Once an item has been shipped or ordered from a supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Special-order products may become non-cancellable immediately after supplier confirmation.
14. Installation and Liability
EXPBMW is not responsible for:
  • installation costs;
  • labor charges;
  • workshop fees;
  • diagnostics;
  • towing expenses;
  • vehicle downtime;
  • indirect or consequential damages.
Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring proper installation and compatibility before use.
