Orders may be cancelled only before products are shipped or ordered from suppliers.
Because many products are supplied as special-order items, returns may be limited or refused.
Returns may be refused in cases including but not limited to:
- incorrect part selection by the customer;
- compatibility issues where the customer did not request VIN verification;
- products ordered based on incorrect customer information;
- installed, used, damaged, or modified products;
- products without original packaging;
- special-order or non-returnable items.
Customers are strongly encouraged to use the VIN compatibility service before purchasing.
If a product is defective or supplied incorrectly due to our error, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or alternative products.
